● The drawworks and the mud pump are driven in the form of diesel engines,a coupled ahead box and belt compounding.

● Reasonable power distribution and high power utilization rate

● Inner variable speed drawworks,non-stop gear shifting with a clutch,and six gears,namely four forward gears and two reverse gears available.

● The main brake is a hydraulic disc brake and the auxiliary brake is an electromagnetic eddy current brake.

● Modular design and reasonable layout.The modules of the main machine are arranged in the way of“high front and low back”.Power and transmission systems are in low-level installation.

● Equipped with a sand drum,a mechanical frictional cathead and a rotary table driving device;modular design,mature technology,and convenient assembly and disassembly.

● Main machines of rigs at the level of above 4,000m are arranged in a way of“high front and low back”,power and transmission systems are in low-level installation,and the power is transmitted to a drill floor,a driving rotary table and a cathead drawworks through a bevel gear housing and a universal shaft.

● The rig can be equipped with an independent motor automatic drilling system and the top drive drilling device,and can meet the requirement of migration among well locations during cluster drilling when equipped with an integral mobile sliding rail.

● The pneumatic,electric and hydraulic control,drilling parameters and instrument display are distributed in a unified way,and the independent driller control room is available.
