ZJ20Rig

The ZJ20 rig is a novel hydro-mechanical driven rig for oil wells and coal-bed gas wells which have the depth of 600 to 2,800M,geothermal wells and water wells.By adoption of domestic and foreign mature advanced technologies and structures,the reliability and the technical performance of the rig reach the advanced level of domestic similar rigs.Basic parameters of the rig are in accordance with the standard of SY/T5609-1999 The Types and Basic Parameters for Oil Drilling Rigs,main matching parts are in accordance with API specification,and the rig can meet the requirements of various drilling technologies.

 

Performance Features

● The hydraulic shift gearbox is adopted and has the advantages of steady transmission,convenience in gear shifting,small volume and light weight.

● The A-type derrick is adopted and has the advantages of light weight,wide wellhead operation space,good driller view,and safe and reliable use.

● The rotary table,the drawworks and the transfer case are arranged on the same substructure,and the substructure is also taken as a part of a ship body on a rig substructure,which reduce transportation units,avoid the assembly and disassembly of a transmission link during the relocation installation of the rig,and ensure the original installation accuracy and the working reliability of a transmission chain.

● Domestic and foreign mature advanced technologies and structures,which meet the requirements of various standards,are adopted,so that the rig has a higher level in terms of standardization and advancement compared with domestic similar rigs.
